Job description
The Business Graduate Associate will join LSEG's Data & Analytics Division and develop an understanding of how data, technology, customer needs, and products come together to solve problems and create business value. The programme provides exposure to financial markets while building capabilities across data, analytics, AI, business intelligence, and product management.
During the 12-month programme, graduates will build foundational Data & Analytics skills, develop knowledge of financial markets and customers, and explore how data and AI can support decision-making and improve products and experiences. They will collaborate with colleagues across different teams and participate in projects and professional development activities.
Graduates will join LSEG on a permanent basis and will be aligned to Data & Analytics from the beginning. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment where analytical thinking, customer understanding, collaboration, and product-led thinking are important.
Eligibility
- Final-year undergraduate or Master's student who will complete all course requirements before summer 2027
- Candidates from Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related quantitative disciplines are particularly welcomed
- Technical backgrounds are preferred but not essential where strong interest and capability in data and product-led thinking can be demonstrated
- Preferred combination of Engineering and Finance background
- Foundational understanding of financial markets, asset classes, and corporate finance
