Job description
The Associate Software Engineer will support development, automation, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives while applying technical and analytical knowledge to practical business problems. The role involves working on areas such as Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI, data analytics and visualization, business automation, cloud technologies, application development, and digital workplace technologies.
The position also involves identifying opportunities for process improvement through technology, analyzing business problems, and proposing technology-enabled solutions. Candidates may participate in workshops, hackathons, innovation challenges, and project-based learning activities.
The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders, along with strong communication, teamwork, logical thinking, problem-solving, learning agility, and adaptability
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering (CSE), Information Technology (IT), or Artificial Intelligence & Data Science (AI & DS)
- Strong understanding of programming fundamentals and OOP concepts
- Strong understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms
- Strong understanding of Database Management Systems
- Strong understanding of Computer Networks & Operating Systems
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Basic understanding of cloud concepts
- Interest in Generative AI technologies
- Ability to showcase projects, use cases, or practical applications where AI tools were leveraged
